If the IRS is holding your return up in processing there is nothing Turbotax can do about it or help you with until they send you a letter.
I have a question about this letter I have from the irs it’s been 4-6 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

How were you informed that the federal tax refund was to be deposited on March 18?
If you were looking at the date on the TurboTax account website that is Only an estimate and not the actual date.

Once your return has been successfully efiled then TT can no longer help you with your refund. In your other post you were told how to reach the IRS.
Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as "accepted."
Check the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund, and your state government's refund lookup service for your state’s status.

Were you having the refund direct deposited to your bank account directly ?
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.
If so did you enter the correct routing & account number for an ACH transfer ? Here is how you can see your deposit information:
Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).

If you filed a 2019 federal tax return, and you had a refund that was paid to you with a direct deposit, and you did not pay your fees out of the refund, then you should receive your stimulus on your account or card if you otherwise qualify.

I filed my taxes on April 14th 2020 I printed out the paper that was suggested for me to print out however I do not know whether my taxes went through with TurboTax I called the number and they keep telling me they can't find no tax filed under my social security number can you help me with finding if my taxes went with out on the 14th of April

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "
Transmit my returns now
".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
