Turbotax charged me $74.89 on Nov 15 via mastercard  phone number on MC is [phone number removed] CA.Where is my product what version did I buy, phone number is for Canada accounts. I can not sign in I need to speak to A US representative so I can get my paid for product.  my email is [email address removed]  I have already wasted enough time trying to contact TT

If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

Why am I locked out of my account, and what can't I change my password without having previous info that I've lost?
