I purchased the desktop Premier TT add on software addition for self employed, but I need the online version. how do I talk to someone to rectify this?

Why do you need to use the online version? The Desktop program is much better and has more features. You can use Premier. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
