So im not the only one going through this

TT IS SENDING THESE PRE MADE MESSAGES LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU GUYS.. THESE FOLKS AINT SEND CRAP OFF AT ALL.. IM PISSED AND THEY ARE SITTING UP HERE LYING FOR NO FREAKING REASON.. FEEDING US FALSE LIES... I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MAD IN MY LIFE.. I DIDNT CLAIM NO CREDITS OR NOTHING AND MADE SURE I MADE NO MISTAKE SO THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY REASON TO HAVE MY TAX RETURE STILL PROCESSING.. IM DONE WITH TURBO TAX..

We can tell that you are upset, but the rant you posted above does not explain your problem in a way that we can understand, so we do not know how to help you.   Take a breath, and explain calmly what the issue is so we will know how to help.
