Smart Check is Asking About W-4

I had considered changing my W-4 but midway through the process in turbotax (desktop), I decided against it. I returned to the Other Tax Situations tab and updated Form W-4 and estimated taxes by stating that I do not wish to change my W-4. However, while running Smart Check, turbotax is asking me to fix errors for Form W-4 - S and Form W-4 - T, suggesting that turbotax still assumes I wish to change my W-4.

How can I (a) update Form W-4 and estimated taxes to reflect my desire not to change my W-4 and (b) ensure that my W-4 will not be changed?

Just ignore it.  Nothing about W4 gets sent anywhere.   You would have to actually print it out and give it to your employer to change it.
