This is a known issue that we are currently working on.  Please refer to the article below for more information.

Since you are entering an income item, the following workaround may help.

1. Click on Federal Taxes
2. Click on Wages & Income
3. Click on Help me add more income
4. Click on Jump to full list
5. Find the income item in the list at the bottom and click Start/Edit
6. Try to enter the information this way, rather than the top

I have done some research on this.  We are aware of the issue and are investigating a solution.  You can sign up for e-mail updates on this issue at the link below.

Another option would be to use TurboTax Desktop (CD/Download product) which you can buy from us directly or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, office supply stores or other general goods stores.

I am having this problem. no matter what tab I select. Once I try to update any information on any tab I get this error. I've tried IE11 and Chrome with the same results. What are my options?

A known issue from 2 years ago that still exists? Let's be honest. Intuit is not working on this.

Agreed.  I'm having the same issue this year.  Hilarious they think I'll buy their software because this site (also same issue on the app on iPad) won't function correctly.  Looks like I'll have to head elsewhere this year and on.

This is the first year I've had this problem, but it is very unfortunate that it won't let me review sections that could get me a larger return.

right at the point of paying for my state return processing and I hit the "slight snag" of death.  Ridiculous.

Try Chrome instead of Internet Explorer

You might need to install javascript and flash (or update). I don't know what this site is using but it seems to be related to code functionality.
