Should I claim 0 or 1 allowances?

I am a single, 21 year old, claimed on my parents' taxes, with no children. I graduated from college in December 2019 and I am now working full-time. I will continue to be claimed by my parents until I move out (likely in a year or so). Should I claim 0 or 1 allowances?

Once I am unable to be claimed by my parents (sounds like it will be the 2020 tax year since I will no longer be a student), does that increase the amount of allowances I should claim?

Here is the IRS Form W-4.  As you can see, there is no longer a place to claim "allowances".  In your case, you will select Single.  Used the IRS Withholding Estimator to determine if you should have Extra Withholding from your employer.
