I have the CD version of TurboTax and TurboTax for Business and have the same issue with both programs. When I am in Step-by-step mode I see a magnifying glass and the word Search near the top right. If I click on either it takes me into a chat window for TurboTax Digital Assistant, There I get several links to popular questions but no place to enter my specific search. If one of those is not what I need (it's not!) then I am SOL with no option anywhere to enter a specific help item to search for.
I have entered a K-1 on my Federal but am not getting inputs in the state interview for a K-1 or RK-1 from my trust. I cannot get help to point me to the right place. It seems pretty bad that help is needed for the help function.
