Your "solutions" do NOT do anything for the black background problem!! This makes the product unusable!!

I've spent HOURS on the phone with a variety of your tech support personnel. Most of the time I'm on hold and the rest of the time, I'm getting pablum. This is a serious problem - black screens when attempting to use program. I will also note that the 2023 Turbotax Desktop is apparently actually a console hosted arrangement for an ONLINE version of the software. Check your task manager and you will see once you're in there, there is no Turbotax program open anymore!!
