Schedule E requesting address for royalty

The schedule E that's generated from this 1099 MISC is also causing an issue because it wants an exact address. I do not know this. The statement is from a financial institution. It says royalty and the amount. The only address is the financial institution that paid it but, not from the royalty itself. Do I list the financial institutions address? It's all I need to complete my taxes. Any help is appreciated.

An address is required and since you have the address of the issuer, that is your only option. As an investor, you might be invested in multiple sites.
