Scammed

I was charged for the deluxe option when I never selected that option, while navigating TurboTax it would pre select the deluxe option to which I had to unselect multiple times. Yet I was still charged and apparently there’s nothing I can do about it since TurboTax’s customer support is a joke. Seems this is an on going theme for TurboTax to steal peoples hard earned money where they can, a simple web search on them proves that.

Sending a link does nothing to resolve this problem, TurboTax scammed me and stole my money. Customer support does nothing, links do nothing.
Turbo tax is a scam.

i was charged an extra $40 because Turbo would Not correctly import all my Brokerage transactions (1099) essentially paying the $40 to bring in the last 1099 transaction in

i was forced into buying the upgrade for $124 then additional $49 for State. All this for ONE 1099 transaction (important since it was a capital loss) . Compared to last year when i paid $139. I don't think it worth it, do you?

Um yeah I did contact customer support and nothing was done to resolve my issue.
I talked to one person on the phone who then sent me a link to fill out, once I submitted it I immediately got an email saying it was resolved when it absolutely is not. TurboTax must pay for their 5 star rating because this is an absolute joke. Again, sending links isn’t helping. 
I want my money back.

This same thing happened to me! I can't believe turbo tax is doing this to it's customers. I'm hoping that I'll have better luck than you when I call customer service. If I don't get my refund, I'm going to blast them on all social media!
