Savings Bonds cashed in

We cashed in a LOT of savings bonds. The bank sent us a 1900-INT with the info just in Box 3. No other information. Turbo Tax wants me to list all of the bonds. Can I get my bank to download all that information to Turbo Tax? Or suggest something else please!

Thanks!

Where does Turbo Tax want you to list them?  Are you in the wrong section?  They don't go under sales.  I cashed in 200 savings bonds last year.  Just enter the total  interest in box 3.

Enter Savings Bond interest like a 1099Int under

Federal Taxes tab

Wages & Income

Interest and Dividends

Interest on 1099INT - Click the Start or Update button

On the import screen scroll down and pick I'll enter it myself.

Type any description like Savings Bond  Interest

Savings Bond interest goes in box 3.
