Same crypto issues still, no answers. CSV files uploaded all info necessary there, yet getting same errors with no explanation or way to fix the problem

See the specific errors that happened
There are no buys or deposits of ETH available from SoFi (93b5)
There are no buys or deposits of BCH available from SoFi (93b5)
There are no buys or deposits of BTC available from SoFi (93b5)
There are no buys or deposits of ETC available from SoFi (93b5)
There are no buys or deposits of LTC available from SoFi (93b5)
These are the errors I get, but no solution, no telling me what is wrong. These buys are listed, cannot understand this problem and neither apparently can turbotax who has kept me on the phone for hours without solution
