RMDs for 3 1099-R but program only shows one

I entered each of the three 1099-R amounts as required (I had accounts in two different places and one place had the accounts divided so they gave me two 1099s).  I entered all of them with the taxable amount on line 2 same as line 1 but when I go to the 1040, two of the amounts are not listed on the 1099R summary and are being considered as excess.  What do I need to change to get them added up?

If all three of your Forms 1099-R are for RMD's, they should all be coded the same.  They should all have a code "7" in box 7.

When entering your RMD's did you encounter this screen and complete it, along with the subsequent prompts?

If you believe you Form 1099-R(s) were issued in error , perhaps had the wrong distribution code in Box 7, then you should request a corrected copy from your Financial Institution or Plan Administrator  (whoever issued it) should issue a corrected one.

Go over each of your Forms 1099-R entries to make sure they are correct.  You may also want to try deleting them and reentering them.  Sometimes this helps to correct an error.
