Return Rejection code?

I got a federal return rejection code IND-674-01, telling me that "If the Primary Taxpayer is under the age of 16 and has never filed a tax return, then 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header must not have the value "Self-Select On-Line"". What does this mean I have to do?

If you are under the age of 16 in 2021 and have never filed a tax return, then the tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Correct.  As a security measure, a state return can't be e-filed unless it is at the same time as a federal e-file, or after a federal return has been e-filed and accepted.  (There is a long story behind this, but that's the result.)
