Step 1 required you to pay for plus, but step 3 requires you to consent for plus services and shows you the real terms and conditions.  My issue is I cannot proceed past step 3 of filing without giving consent meaning my taxes cannot be completed.


Since you have already paid for your TurboTax account which includes Plus, you will need to contact TurboTax support for this issue.  Use the key words Billing Issue.
