Reporting an Annuity direct transfer

I moved funds from an Annuity into my 401k. This was a direct non taxable rollover. I cannot seem to find where I can enter it into TurboTax without a 1099R which the annuity company does not issue for non taxable rollovers. How do I report this in turbo?

If 1099-R is not issued, there is no 1099-R to be entered.
