Remote job based in FL

Hello,

 

My wife is getting a part time remote job (100% at home job) and the company is based in Florida. We are currently in California living with my parents. I was wondering which state tax would she have to pay?

Since your wife is a California resident, she has to pay California tax on all her income, no matter where the income is from. Florida has no personal income tax.
