Relocating from CA to WA

I am selling my house in CA right now, traveling internationally for several months, and thinking of relocating to WA next summer. I will be getting a WA DL and register to vote there. I am selling my car this year and may not buy a car in WA since I like to travel a lot. I have no CA business income, no professional license, and don't have an account in a local bank. I will occasionally visit my siblings and mom who live in CA but it will be infrequent maybe 1 or 2 months a year. I plan to change my healthcare provider to WA.

Does this qualify me to sever CA residency?

Yes, but any gain on the house sale will be taxed by California.
