Rejected e-file 2027

invalid entry or non entry , business in two or more states was there comment . I dont have a business in any state other than NM.    Turbo tax is try to proportion between more tan one state.  I had case # [social security number removed] but the person didnt know anything about NM 

I just got a text with an exchange code of 518202?

Are you trying to get back into your account?  That text may be a security code.
