Rejected AGI or self-select PIN

I've had to file by mail for the last three years because I keep getting rejected for an incorrect PIN. I've seen other posts saying I can use either the AGI or self-select PIN, but Turbotax won't let me file without entering a PIN, even with the correct AGI. Since I filed via mail last year, I don't even have a self-select pin. Is there a way to break this cycle, so I can finally file electronically?

You can try entering 0 for last year's AGI as stated in this link here. See this link here on how to find last year's AGI, if you need it.

I have last year's AGI from TurboTax, so I don't think it's that. It must be the pin, which it won't let me submit my taxes without.

Since you filed by mail, the AGI might not yet be in the IRS's system yet, and therefore, you can try to enter 0 if your actual AGI doesn't work.

You can choose a new self-select pin each year as well, it does not have to be the one from a previous year. For more information, please see What is the difference between the five-digit Self-Select PIN I created last year and my Self-Select PIN this year? for more information.
