First, close your TurboTax program.  Then restart your computer.  Then clear your cache and cookies.

Here's how to clear your cache.

Here's how to delete your cookies.

Once you have done that as long as the review is showing no errors the Idaho return should go through.

Your Idaho return wasn't e-filed because of an issue in our software. This issue has been resolved and will be available in our next product release, scheduled for February 4, 2025.

Please revisit your state return for any errors and save (online products update and save automatically). After reviewing your state return, re-transmit for e-file. Please reach out again if your problem continues.

Have you tried to resubmit your return?  You should be able to e-file it now with no issues. ‌To e-file your return:

  1. Open your return and select File
  2. Select Continue next to Step 3
  3. On the We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes screen, make sure e-file is the selected status. If it's not, you can select Change
  4. Continue through the screens to double-check some info before e-filing and transmitting your return

If this doesn't work, could you please give us more information as to what errors you are seeing in your return?
