Reinstalling TurboTax

I've used Turbotax for 5 years on this same computer. I bought the 2023 CD but it wouldn't install. Error message 

"The file ‘lmx.deliaf_hcnual_idu_petsysae_lacol_tib46_rgnerepw’ cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file ‘Data1.cab’. This could indicate a network error, or an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

So I downloaded it from the site, but it wouldn't appear. Tried several times, called support and talked for 90 minutes - no success.  So I deleted all four copies of the download to start over. Now when I enter the license code, it says: " "This license code has already been associated with an accountPlease check that account and look for it in Downloads." But there are no downloads. What should I do now?
