Refund

I filed my taxes on February 12 and I haven’t received anything yet. I checked my status and it says printed. I clicked on downloading docs and it says i have $0 for my tax return!!!! Why? What’s going on?

First, please make sure you are in the right account. You can do that by using our account recovery page.

If it has been longer than 21 days since your return was accepted, please reach out to the IRS directly.
