I called a couple days ago to take to a rep about missing funds on my refund after 45 minutes, i was referred to TPG. I was very surprised that there was not a disclosure information that you were utilizing a 3rd party vendor and that there was gonna be additional fees. I was told to check their site and review those fees to understand why I could be missing funds. have contacted TPG with no success. I reviewed there site as suggested by your representative and there was no additional fees added to the account. Somewhere between your company and TPG approximately 200 has been misplaced from my account. I would please like some assistance in this matter. I think these practices are false advertisement and fraudulent. I have reported TPG to the California Attorney General and now I'm asking you for assistance because I have been working and utilizing your company for about 6 years now. If I am unable to get results from your company as well between between dissatisfaction from your company and the complaints from your site I will have to record this also to the BBB.

I'm missing $2100 of my refund. Although $900 was IRS from last year but the remaining has disappeared and surprise no live customer support. No surprise though after COVID bots and bad customer service is the norm everywhere. Will not do business with this again and all their Affiliates.
