Dear TurboTax Support Team,
I am writing to formally dispute a charge of $84.43 for the TurboTax Premier online version, which I was required to purchase but was ultimately unable to use due to technical issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with your customer support team, my refund request has been denied.

Given that TurboTax did not deliver a functional product or service, I formally request a full refund of $84.43. I have made reasonable attempts to resolve this issue through customer support, and since I was unable to e-file, I should not be required to pay for a service that did not work.
If my refund is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute this charge with my financial institution and escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and my State Attorney General’s Office.
Please process my refund as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
