Qualified retirement plan

After I entered my 1099-R info it's asking if it came from a qualified retirement plan.  Examples of qualified plans are 401's, pension plans ect.  Military retirement plans are listed as non qualified plan.  My 100-R is from my military retirement.  I thought it it was a military retirement/pension. Just not sure what to enter, qualified or not.

A military retirement plan is a non-qualified retirement plan.

The term "qualified retirement plan" applies to plans covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or ERISA. ERISA only covers private sector retirement plans.
