Qualified Retirement Plan and NonQualified Retirement Plan option does not work

Qualified Retirement Plan and NonQualified Retirement Plan option does not work. The fix error came up for two of our 1099 R and I have gone back twice and selected Qualified and saved but it still shows a blank on the the two forms. Is this a problem with the Turbo Tax app?

I suggest deleting the 1099-R and re-enter.

 

What is the box 7 code?

What type of plan?

Both are marked Code 7 I believe regular distribution. One was a 401 K and another was a Pension Plan. I did go back a 3rd time and used smart check after making the "Qualified Retirement Plan"election again and it worked. Cleared the error on the form as well.
