Progress bar stuck when importing a csv file

Hi,

I was importing a csv file that contained 9 crypto transactions. It was recognized by the system and began importing. However, the green progress bar got stuck and stated that "Estimated time remaining is 1 - 3 min". I believe it's a software glitch. I tried removing the cache/cookies but that did not help. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue!

I think the server is down since I was not able to load my tax return in order to e-file. Tried numerous times and waited 10 minutes each time. Now it wants me to pay for turbotax service "again" to attempt again to file my return. Will wait until tomorrow and hope my return is saved since can't access anything without paying again.

Do you have a VPN or virus protection that could have interfered with the import?

Have you considered accessing TurboTax Online through a different browser?

If the .CSV contains nine transactions, would you be able to construct an IRS form 1099-B and report the transactions manually?  The transactions could be reported one by one or reported in summary fashion, grouped by sales category, for example, Box A short-term covered or Box D long-term covered
