Program Issue

I enter employer's name:  Smith & Jones

On subsequent screens it appears as:  Smith amp, amp, amp, amp amp Jones.  It prints out on the forms as Smith amp, amp, amp, amp, amp, Jones

 

I am so frustrated because I can't get to a live person.  I chatted so many times and I have spent so much time on the phone!  Please help.  It appears that it is a programming issue.

Yes, it is a known program issue being worked on. Try “Smith and Jones” or “Smith Jones”.
