I have a 1095 A from the gov marketplace for health insurance. In part III of the form under column B, I have all zeros and when I enter that the program says that there has to be number greater than zero. What do I so now??

Look up the monthly second lowest cost silver plan (SLCSP) premium using the tax tool on the HealthCare.gov web site.
If any month has zeros in all three columns, do not enter anything for that month. Leave all three columns blank.
