Years of using TurboTax w/no issues. This year was horrible! Couldn't find me in the data base; it took the help desk person (no shame on her, she was great!) over an hour working w/my grandson who is knowledgeable about IT. Then, once we got in, TT could not import past data - because wI did not exist in their files! Has anyone else had this problem?
