If you checked the name and Social Security number correctly, but your return still won't go through, the IRS might have wrong information.
In that case, you’ll need to print and mail your return.
- Sign in to your TurboTax account, and select Fix my return.
- On the Fix Name/Social Security Mismatch screen, answer Yes and the program will guide you through printing and mailing your return.
