problema

what happend if y. put mi bank acoun wrong i call the irs and they said turbo tax has mi money i call turbo tax and they said is not his problem i have to call irs again but i call irs and they said turbo tax has the money also they take the fee for filling here soo wtf??? i lose mi money

If you bank account informaition is wrong the bank will send the money back to the IRS and you will get a paper check in the mail.

The wait should be about a week.  Call the IRS and ask if they have sent a check an if so have them trace the payment.  I know that they are behind this year but that seems way too long to be waiting.

@lizberianny If your direct deposit was sent back to the IRS it will actually take several weeks for them to issue and mail you a check.   If you were using refund processing and having your TurboTax fees taken out of your federal refund, then your refund was sent back to the third party bank.  That bank has to issue and mail you a check.  

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
