Pro Rated HSA contributions and catch up

Hi all,

I had a HDHP for all of 2022 and the first two months of 2023.  I understand that I can contribute a pro-rated amount to my HSA based on the two months I had the HDHP.

I am over 55 and had a question about the catch-up portion of $1000.  Is that also pro-rated?  Or can I contribute the full $1000?
