Premier Download for Mac

Hello,

I bought 2021 Premier Download for Mac. I have the description of the product under My Downloads tab but the link is not active. I tried Chrome with the same result. Please advise.

This is not helpful. I'm asking about a download, not install from a CD.

The link is not active, I can't click anything.
