Possible error with What-If Worksheet in TurboTax Desktop for Mac

I prepared our taxes as "married filing jointly".  We owe a substantial amount of tax (thousands).  I ran the What-If Worksheet and checked the "MFJ vs MFS" box to see if it would make a difference.   I noticed that we owe additional (0.09%)  Medicare tax.

In the "Additional Taxes Smart Worksheet" section of the What-If form, column A correctly shows the Medicare Wages from box 5 of our W2 forms.  However, in columns B, C and D, I believe the Medicare Wages to be incorrect.  They are using the wages from box 1 of the W2 forms.

Can someone knowledgeable please advise if this is a form error?

Thanks.
