I may have the identical issue Harold--and I think it's a TT bug potentially.  I have an error that on the Schedule K-1, page 8 that indicates "QBI passive OP loss should not be greater than total loss".   It's asking me in my 2020 return to fix the 2019 line item entries.  However, the error is comparing the 2019 loss to the 2018 Regular tax loss.  Although the years are marked as stand alone, it appears the TT logic is trying to incorrectly compare 2019 to 2018 when it should compare 2019 QBI to the 2019 Regular tax loss??
