If you efiled and your return didn't specify that you need to mail any forms in then you would not need to mail anything. If you had Marketplace Health Insurance and received a 1095-A form for it then the IRS will require you to mail a copy of that form. If you didn't receive a 1095-A for having Marketplace Health Insurance then just disregard the further information on how to mail in that proof of that form.
