Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

This is a technical issue with your platform, not a tax question.  I can’t get past this message when trying to file AFTER I’ve competed everything. I’ve tried clearing the cache, changing browsers, changing devices, disabling pop up blockers, allllll the things recommended. All I keep getting is that I have to pay for tax support in order to get help but this isn’t tax support, it’s technical support for your platform. Please help.
