Payment date format

I'm using the desktop version of TurboTax, and I'm on the final payment page. I want to have the tax withdrawn from my bank account (direct debit) and set the payment date to tomorrow (Monday). However, there is no date picker or default text showing the correct format for the "When do you want to pay?" input box, and I'm unsure whether the input field will recognize slashes or commas. It just looks like a regular text field.

What date format should I use for TurboTax to recognize the date: 03/09/2025 (MM/DD/YYYY) or March 9, 2025 (Month Day, Year)? And can I set the date as early as tomorrow?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, the slashes aren't showing up on my end. Not sure if I should try closing the program and reopening it.

According to Turbotax you can use the date of transmission.
