It sounds like you used Turbo Tax online, instead of the CD/Download that you purchased.
If you have already filed your tax return, you cannot be reimbursed for the online fees, you can, however, return the Turbo Tax product you purchased to the Target you purchased it at, or submit a refund request online by clicking here.
