I cant reset my password. Everytime I hit the link it doesn't prompt

Can't remember my password need it reset

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

      Why can't I file my taxes ?  I have no employment, live on Social security ?

@1tom If Social Security is your ONLY income you are not required to file a tax return, unless you received a 1095A for having marketplace health insurance.    If you did not receive the 3rd stimulus check of $1400 last year you can file a 2021 return in order to get the recovery rebate credit for that.   If you already got the $1400 then you do need to file again.    If you just really want to file a tax return anyway, then add $1 of interest and it will let you e-file your return.
