So glad I found this chat, I have spoke to 3 different people each time I get the run around and then finally say oh its not available yet! I told them each time the situation and was told it was a computer issue. Today is 2/23, hopefully it is actually released soon.
Supposed to be released today, we will see as I have been given multiple different dates!
