Order details missing

I updated with a deposit date on WMR today. 

I checked TT app and it's giving me a refund date for 2/19. Which has already passed. I went to check my order details and it is no longer showing any information like it did yesterday and everyday before that. Kind of suspicious that once I update on IRS website that the TT app gives me a date that is already passed, tells me it can't be expedited 5 days early and now any details of my order are completely gone. Also, to add no account can be found on the SBTPG taxpayer portal. This is the first year I've had so many issues using TT. I hope this doesn't become more common.

I am in the same boat. Why can no one answer this question? When I could see my order details my fees was paid and “complete” now they are gone, like I never filed. I will not be using turbo, after many years, again. Where is our money at? Cross river? Santa Barbara? Space? Who knows, I don’t cause no one will tell you anything beyond the scripted prompts and wait.
