Oops connection dropped

Oops it looks like your connection has dropped" prevents me from doing any more work with my tax return. I had competed my federal taxes and was working on my state taxes. As far as I know my federal taxes were done but not filed. I have tried clearing the browser history/cache, using a different browser, using a different device; I have cleared the cache and rebooted; I have cleared the cache and turned off the machine but every time I logged and and select pick up where you left off I get the same message. I have even tried to redo the taxes but it just does the same thing

It is too late to use online TurboTax now.  Online tax preparation and e-filing are now closed.   You will need to switch to the CD/download on a full PC or Mac, and you will need to file by mail.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Mon-Fri

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
