Old computer was broken and replaced a new one.

I followed the instructions to reinstall the software 2019 & 2020 to the new computer.  Both versions were installed but were not accessible. The screen showed " Activation" Screen is blank.

When you say you need help filing your return, are you requesting help with the e-file process or you do need help preparing your return to be filed? The more information you supply here helps us provide the best support for your issue.

@Droneman1   Do you want to use the Online version or install the Desktop program?   Have you started your return yet?  Where are you stuck?
