Not seeing 1040 to file

I was unemployed all year. Turbo Tax is telling me I need to mail in my tax forms, but it not giving me a 1040 to print out. What exactly am I sending in?

If you did not receive Unemployment and had no other form of taxable income, you cannot e-file, nor will the program provide a form with all zeroes on it.  You would not need to file at all and it would not benefit you to do so.

You can go here and print the 1040 for free and mail it in if you really want to.

If you had other income you wanted to report, please tell us what it was or why you want to file a return.
