Check your spam folder. Sometimes the emails get stuck there.

Be sure you leave the window/tab open where it asks for the code and use a different window or tab to check your email for the code. Or check your email on your phone while leaving the computer window open. If you close that first window/tab, then the code won't work.

This is mainly a public user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. We don't know anything account-specific about your email address in your account. If you just changed it, then log out of TurboTax, close your browser and reopen it. Log back in, try to efile, and see if it has changed.

thanks for that I received the first code #914936 and used it to change my E-Mail and it worked then when I went to verif.. E-Mail got a new #047710 but it keeps coming up invalid
