Not eligible for e-file

Its saying im not eligible for e-file because I had "no taxable income"? I had a form 1099 which I completed and $44,000 in online sales. I put the $44,000 in the "additional income box" as in form 1099-K. So why is it giving this error?

I think I fixed it. I had checkboxes which I didn't continue to fix.
